Then click save and rehash or whatever it says and then move the save to the USB. You have to open up the save from the USB and copy the console id and profile id onto the new save. Sometimes I have problems with it recognizing it but trying a different port usually helps. Plug the USB into the computer and horizon should recognize it. You also need to get a save from your xbox and put it on a USB. Then you take the save and drag it into horizon to open it. You just have to download it and install it.
